This is Circulo is operated by MV Global, registered in Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number NL004784785B61, with its registered office in The Hague.

1. About Circulo

Circulo is a curated global ecosystem for women, offering in-person experiences, digital content, and a membership-based community.
By joining Circulo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership Structure

Circulo offers two membership types:

  • City Membership
  • Global Membership

Membership is valid for a minimum commitment of 12 months, regardless of the chosen payment method.

Payment Options:

  • Annual Payment: Pay for 11 months and receive 1 month complimentary
  • Monthly Payment: Payments are made monthly; however, the full 12-month commitment remains binding

Once a membership is activated:

  • It cannot be cancelled before the end of the 12-month term
  • In case of early termination request, the remaining balance of the full term must still be paid

3. Membership Benefits

Membership grants access to:

  • Circulo in-person experiences (such as Circulo Dinner, Circulo Day, Circulo Mornings, Circulo Photoshoot)
  • Circulo Connect (included in membership)
  • The opportunity to contribute to Circulo Magazine and future publications (subject to editorial approval)

Important:

  • Most events are not included in the membership and require separate ticket purchase
  • Membership provides access, not free entry, unless explicitly stated otherwise

4. Events and Ticket Policy

Ticket Purchases:

  • All event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • If a member cannot attend, no refund will be issued
  • Third-party ticket platforms may offer optional insurance for unforeseen circumstances

No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to attend an event does not entitle the participant to any refund or credit

Event Cancellation by Circulo:

  • In the event Circulo cancels an experience, participants will receive a full refund

5. Use of Image and Content

By participating in Circulo events and activities, you grant Circulo the right to use:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Any visual content where you may appear

This includes use across:

  • Website
  • Social media
  • Marketing materials
  • Editorial content

No compensation will be provided for such use.

6. Community Standards and Conduct

Circulo is a curated and respectful environment.
By joining, you agree to:

  • Maintain a respectful, professional, and positive attitude toward other members
  • Contribute to a safe and aligned community experience

Circulo reserves the right to:

  • Refuse membership
  • Suspend or remove any member whose behavior is considered inappropriate or misaligned with the community values

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Liability

Participation in Circulo events and activities is at your own risk.

Circulo is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Any incidents occurring during events

Each participant is responsible for their own actions and well-being.

8. Payments and Default

Membership payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Failure to complete payments:

  • May result in suspension of access to Circulo services
  • Does not cancel the financial obligation of the remaining membership term

9. International Operations

Circulo operates internationally, including in The Netherlands, Portugal and Brasil.
Memberships may be administered and charged locally depending on the region.

10. Changes to Terms

Circulo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Members will be informed of any significant changes.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
