Circulo brings together founders, executives, and professionals with an international mindset. Through a carefully curated program of events, Circulo Magazine, and our upcoming Learning Platform, we create environments where conversations turn into meaningful connections and where ideas are exchanged with ease and purpose.

Malu Voss
Founder. Visionary. Community Builder.
I didn't follow a traditional path. I never had a title to lean on or a roadmap to follow. What I've always had is vision: an instinct to create spaces where women feel seen, invited, and part of something greater.
Circulo was born from a deep wish: to create a space where women show up for one another. Where we don't just receive, but contribute. I believe success is something we create together. Every time I uplift another woman, I rise too. That's how I live. That's what I stand for.
I'm a creative, a connector, and I build community like others build companies: intuitively, intentionally, and from the inside out. I believe the most meaningful things are built together and that we're here to work as a team, carrying a shared responsibility to care from one another.
